Connecting your watch or app to Trimetra
Trimetra turns your workouts, your sleep and your recovery into one weekly plan that adapts every day. To do that it imports data from the watch or service you already use. Below you will find, per source, what is actually imported and how to connect.
What you need
- A Trimetra account. You can create one for free; connecting is not possible without it, because the data ends up in your account.
- An account with the provider itself, holding the data you want to use.
- You start the connection from inside Trimetra, not from the provider app. You then confirm it at the provider.
Sources you can connect
Pick your source for the steps and for exactly what is imported.
Garmin is not in the list: a Garmin connection does not exist yet. Garmin workouts can still reach Trimetra through Strava if you have those two linked.
What happens with your data
- Your data is used to calculate your plan and your insights, and for nothing else. It is never shared for advertising.
- You can disconnect each source on its own. What happens to already imported data differs per provider and is stated on that source page.
- You can have your data and your account deleted at any time.
