How do you connect your Wahoo to Trimetra?

This is how you connect Wahoo to Trimetra, and what the app imports afterwards.

How to connect

  1. Create a Trimetra account, or sign in.
  2. Go to Profile, open Settings and choose Devices & services.
  3. Tap the name of your source and give permission in the screen the provider shows you.
  4. Done. Your recent history comes in, and new workouts follow automatically.

What Trimetra imports

  • Your workouts: sport, duration, distance and energy burned
  • The track you ran or rode, including elevation gain
  • Your heart rate, power, cadence and pace during the workout

What is not included

This data does not come from Wahoo. If you still want to use it, connect a second source or enter it yourself.

  • Your sleep: when you slept and for how long
  • Your resting heart rate
  • Your overnight heart rate variability
  • Your daily activity: steps and energy burned

What Trimetra sends back

  • A planned bike session, with its blocks, to your Wahoo calendar and your bike computer.
  • A route from your route library to your bike computer.

What you are giving permission for

Trimetra uses your Wahoo activities to personalize your health insights and training recommendations.

Good to know

The first time, Trimetra also imports your recent history, so your plan does not start from zero.

If you connected Wahoo a long time ago, the permission to send anything back may be missing. The app will say so; disconnect and connect again.

If you disconnect

Importing stops and everything that came in through Wahoo is deleted from your account straight away. That is a condition set by Wahoo itself, which is why the app asks you to confirm first.
